You keep sending me a bill and I send it back you have the wrong person now somehow you have attached my ssn to my address to account that’s not mine I suggest you get it off my report and send me an apology or my lawyer will be calling yours and I will win.

Received a credit charge off on account that I never had.

I got a notice from credit bureau of a charge off by SWISS COLONY. Thinking it was a mistake I had my wife call on it.

We were informed that I had an account using my name and social security number since 2010 with $2312.00 balance. After contacting the local Sheriff dept. for help I found out who the person was the address where they lived when opened the account and the address where they live now. Was ready to file charges against them and the Loss Prevention Dept could not produce proper invoice so we could have the person arrested.

After giving the credit for 10 years using someone else’s information. Than they let the deadbeat write a letter to take over the debt. That will never be paid. In the mean time my Credit cards were frozen when I filed the FTC report with copies to 3 major credit bureau.

For my Protection. Our Sheriff Dept says since Swiss Colony let this person charge with out my permission or knowledge and cannot produce legal documents we are out of luck. My social security number was used with the very first order, and apparently not verified by the credit department. It turned out to be a very dishonest daughter in law who’s husbands name is same as mine except he always uses a middle initial.

I have no middle initial. The way she opened the account was fraud with intention to get credit due to their poor rating. Now I am out legal fees, and loss of goods for a small seasonal business we have, and hours of worry and stress on my self and my wife. If a company can not stand behind their accounting practices and help convict a person who had bought things for 10 years in my name and using my credit they should close.

Our local sheriff Dept says SWISS COLONY Is at fault for letting it happen. It has been over 2 1/2 months the charge off is still on my credit report and my accounts are still frozen. This woman will probably try this again as she as been in trouble for the same thing before. And we are still setting here with money spent to try and fight it.

So be careful with this company and check your social security number to make

Sure they aren’t using it to give some one

Else credit. Because apparently they have no idea or care who they give credit to.

This was never taken off my credit report, still remains there today. It ended up Costing us to lose around $8,000 for 2019.

Our next step is to have a lawyer fill a Civil suit against the company and the couple who did this. They have nothing to get and still owe Swiss Colony. But it’s on my credit report not their. Swiss Colony should never agreed to the agreement made with Shelly Davis, I did not have any say so in this.

The sheriff Dept let her negotiate a deal while he waited in stead of bring her in for questioning. Than when we ask Swiss Colony for documents said they didn’t keep them that long.

This was a bad joke which my wife and I were on the wrong end of and my credit still reflect the charge off. We have disputed several time with no removal.

Still today 1/23/20 remains on my credit report, while the person who committed fraud is still running around scamming other people. I have an 8,000 loss to my business while my credit was frozen and could not conduct business.

I have called your company told it was to be removed from credit reports, I have letters saying it will be removed, I have filled disputes Now we think we have a second account opened by this person. So here we go again.

I had similar but someone had used my account and changed my address. They wouldnt correct my credit even with a fraud and police report.

Claim never got them. I had an account with them over 20 years

Treating a 90 year old ""preferred customer badly""

you should have the records of order for 916 60* 152 *844:" julia had called and arranged for 1/2 an order to be sent to her address/and therefore pd for 1/2 an order 27.00: 12/1/18, with the understanding your company "Swiss colony" would send her the other half....in which never received: now harassment of billing for the other half (total was 62.97) Julia called and said never received: the rude lady told this 90 y/o lady you have to pay....receiving monthly letters adding 10.00 each bill and total now up to 90.47. you need to stop harassing this 90 year old. and look at your records to see that the other half was never sent; now: threats on her credit stating the inability to rent housing, denial of loans and even a refusal of a job...SHE IS 90!!!!! and to add insult to injury your company sends her a preferred customer card with letter. this is defamation of character intent to discourage availability of self worth....this needs to be corrected and collection action, letters of threat need to cease.....olga09681@***.com

Small portions

They send your order in a large white styrofoam container with lots of dry ice. Very very small cuts of meats. They charge you a big fee for shipping,a joke!! Never will I order again or recommend their baby portions to anybody

Terrible!!!

Still on the phone with them right now while I am typing this. As a matter of fact, I have my home phone and my cell phone going, listening to the computer loop. On the home phone, it's been an hour and twenty minutes approximately, the cell phone approx. 27 minutes. I got one person on the cell phone and I got a person who couldn't answer a question I had about an item that when the order was placed in December indicated that it was on back order and would come in the middle of January. This is now March and I haven't received it nor any explanation of why. The person that couldn't answer my question (a call center operator that doesn't work directly for Swiss Colony) transferred me again to a person that was supposedly a direct company representative...well that was even worse! She was saying something about the company that while she was talking there was one word I didn't make out and while I was asking her to repeat the statement where she was saying something about some kind of problem and I was repeatedly trying to ask her about what kind of problem, that I didn't understand and since she apparently wasn't really listening to me...she said she didn't have a problem...things went from bad to worse from there. I have been a Swiss Colony customer for many years but I don't think that I'll go back...sad to say...
