The Swiss Colony - Account paid on time - tells me I still owe almost all of it!
Tells me I have to submit cancelled checks for them to verify - well, I paid on line - how do you show them that? My bank shows all payments made - but one, which I sent June 2, 2016, in their envelope and it has not been cashed.
Always enjoyed this company and products - no more. Offerings kept getting smaller each year, also. Today I received another warning, past due - it is NOT.
It is useless to phone this company, all business transpires overseas with people who have such terrible accents you can't understand them. BAD public relations, fellas.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Preferred solution: Get my account straightened out pronto.
