never received my order but got a bill for my order they SUCK!!! DO NOT ORDER I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SWISS COLONY AGAIN KEEP YOUR CREDIT AND DO NOT SEND ME ANY correspondence from your company again its just not worth the effort I cannot continue my reason for not liking SWISS COLONY I need another 304

Trying to order from their website is horrible. I never had a problem in the past but this year their website is messed up. I called customer service and was told they were getting many complaints.
Fix your website!! I've been a customer for years, but if you can't maintain your website I will shop elsewhere.products are good but website is frustrating.

Shelf life question
I just had a question about product safety.
A gift package was stored at 60 deg. In a garage for about a week.
I talked with a representative and she said it was safe.
No other issues.
The rep was courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks.

She won't let me order without a down payment. It's a replacement.

Nothing happened because they did NOT accept my credit card. Bunch of liars work there ! Even cyber Monday made no difference!

Product not delivered
I ordered 3 of the large treat boxes for $59.00 each. One to our son in Tennessee, one to our daughter on Ca.
and one to my other son in Corona, Ca.
Tennessee and the one in Riverside, Ca.
delivered. The Corona, Ca not delivered.

Good service respectful agent all items available an accurate day of approximate delivery gained extra credit I am glad II purchased this and I am to purchase in the near future
My order has been sitting at a fed X location for 4 days
I placed an order over 10 days ago, it was suppose to be delivered on 12/21. It has been sitting at a fed - X location since the 19th.
Called customer service and all she said was wait another 2 days. What a horrible way to run a business.
Delivered to wrong house
Called cust ser.Faith took care of my problem she was very nice.if you have a problem call their customer service.

Swiss colony answered all my concerns and did a fine job I highly recommend them. They are a great company.
They are a great company they answered all my concerns and found a package that arrived just today. I use this company every year and will continue to use them. I highly recommend them.

Long complicated order
She handled taking my several hundred dollar order (7 addresses, 14 items, 6 personalized greeting cards and 25 minute phone call)with professionalism and warmth. We had just finished with the order and was moving to payment when my phone went dead.
I called back as soon as I had enough charge to do so but it was too late the order was gone. New person very nice and tried to retrieve it but couldn't.
She did clarify hours that orders could be submitted. Website is confusing.
User's recommendation: Be sure to be very organized with information needed before calling and be sure that cell phone is fully charged.
Need account info
There should be credit for shipping, got e-mail stating free shipping, on all my orders. Please credit my account accordingly. Thank you
Order another item
I called the other day to order another placard but was told they were no longer available. Our grandson Jack was born on November 25th, so wanted to order a blue bedroom door placard labeled Jack Avenue.
Terrible Customer Service
I was told that I could have a credit for my item being late but it would be a refUnd I would have to donate the candy! It got worse from there.
It was another 10 mins of trying to keep my what I ordered . Huge language barrier The supervisor was worst.
She told me I could have a credit but talked for 10 mins I told her do what you want! I called back there was no credit and They hung up on me!!

Credit account and order
Ive been a good customer and paid on time all the time with my Swiss colony account. I am down to $65.40 and I placed a new order and theyre telling me that I have to put it down payment of $300. thank you but no thank you
