A few years ago at the beginning of December, I made an order for gift baskets to be delivered to relatives in another state assuming they would be delivered in time for Christmas. Two weeks after Christmas I received a notice that they had run out of the items I ordered and asking if I would like them to substitute something else.
They had cashed my check anyway. I said no and that I would no longer be doing business with them, but I wanted my money back. They sent me a check that bounced and I was never reimbursed.
Today I received one of their order booklets in the mail. It reminded me of my bad experience so I decided to contact them to request that they not send me any more booklets and to tell them why.
Their contact information is no good. You can't get through unless you are making an order.
