New ReviewerCalled Swiss Colony last week because I didn't want to wait to be charged for order. Finally got someone that said that they could change a date to charge me that day.
Their representative said Swiss Colony had my money, my bank said Swiss Colony had my money...
Until last night when I got a message saying that there was a problem with my order.
Today, I was told that they tried to charge me again and it declined and they were cancelling part of my order.
Why would Swiss Colony try to charge me again after they already had FULL payment?
One or more employees lied to me on the phone... They tried to charge me for the same order TWO times... They cancelled part of my order!!!
NOT HAPPY
Bad service.
Not using again. Don't recommend anyone else using them.
User's recommendation: Don't use Swiss Colony.
Monetary Loss: $83.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

2 weeks later, I have only received multiple apologies from Swiss Colony via phone and email. I was told that I would be refunded my $83.65 within 2-10 business days and as of this time, there is still nothing pending from Swiss Colony in my account.
I hope that this is not common practice with this company because this is the WORST experience ordering gifts and being refunded by a company that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and DATCP if my money is not in my account tomorrow.
