*** bill scam
Keep getting bills. Ive NEVER bought anything from them and they keep sending nasty letters.
I did speak to a human who asked me to mail the bill back with notes from our call. I took her name and kept notes from the call.

I tried three times to speak with a customer service representative at Swiss Colony and each time, I received an ad about getting a medical alert button. When I asked to be forwarded to customer service, I was told by Jessica each time that she could not connect me since she was only working for the company providing medical alerts.
I was also asked about receiving additional information about additional Medicare benefits.
I was never able to speak with Swiss Colony through the 800 number provided on their website. I have been a customer for over 10 years but will not be making purchases with them.

I love the Swiss colony. I just don’t understand why I pay on time all the time. Why is my credit limit? Keep going down which is affecting my credit score
I pay on time all the time and yet my credit limit keeps going down and it affects my credit rate. I dont understand the more you pay less you are entitled to for credit. Its just you qualify for one thing, but then you go all the way down.

Was trying to make a payment of $ 40.00 on my account and before I could get all my account number out it kept saying sorry can't get the account call back later when the call center is open tried 4
Been trying to make a payment on my account and tried 4 times and before I could get all my information out they'd say sorry we can't find your account and the office is closed call back later goodbye was also wanting to see what I had to do to make a direct deposit zi just got out of the hospital and can't get out of bed I have trouble with this automated system ever time my name is Brenda Rosenbaum and use Woodfoerst Bank it should be on file I wanted to pay $40.00 my phone Number is 270-317-****

It was sent to the wrong address and never received it I'm not happy with Amonzn or the third party that send it by FedEx Amonzn been telling that I well get a replacement well I don't believe it I live on a monthly income and this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my boyfriend so I don't know if I will ever see my order

I go online..no payment due..next thing I know getting past due messages get back online to pay and it wants me to enter my acct. number..did it several times..does not recognize my acct number..they make it so difficult to pay..I will never use this company again.CEO probably raking in a huge salary and not minding the company imo..

Verified ReviewerI ordered $30 nuts paid extra for.overnight delivery brought the total to $70.96 which is fine if my friend recieved my order. I placed it on May 1 2023 and it stjll says pending???
My account has not been adjusted with a credit. I guess Im crazy but I just placed a order on the 3rd of Dec.
They said it shipped on the 4th and it hasnt. They created a label thats it. Talk about misrepresenting the facts. I had 2 different orders placed and they did ship one so I quess they got it half right.
Gonna cancel if its doesnt ship Monday. It takes the holiday spirit out of you.

Could not get through to change an order for two days after calling and sending unanswered emails. Antiquated website, shipping and terrible customer service. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Resolved: Horrible experience
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I finally got in touch with customer service.
The rep was very nice and understood my concern. She corrected the mailing address and the package was received.
They messed up the shipping label. I couldn't reach anyone, no one responds to emails, no one answers the phone. This company has no customer service, fulfillment errors, and really doesn't care about its customers.

I always had a good reskins hip with Swiss colony for years last year I ordered from Wisconsin cheese man Znd america mark which I did not know they owned those companies movervharged me every month do I stopped paying them this year I ordered from Swiss colony a small order and after they put in the order they cancelled it saying I owed their other company money As far as Im concerned they are a fraud and should not be in business at all
